What does the service fee entitle me?
Your service fee is due when the technician arrives. This fee does not entitle any work to be performed. READ YOUR POLICY AND/OR TERMS OF AGREEMENT from your insurance warranty company. Once the technician gets the service fee from you, they will look at the issue you are having and call your home warranty company. YOUR home warranty will give us a yes or no to perform the work. WE WILL NOT LIE FOR YOU. We are hired by your home warranty company not you. If you have any more questions about this you can contact us or call your home warranty.
Can I pay my home warranty company the service fee?
Yes and no. We work with multiple warranty companies, they all have their own system and way of doing things. When placing a service call you can ask to see if you can pay them directly.
